The first thing you want to look for in a solo ad vendor is a sales page. When you find a vendor, make sure they have a website or sales page. If they are legit and are running a real solo ad business, they will have a website.
While on their website or sales page, look for testimonials on their page. You are looking for testimonials from people that are getting around 35-50% optin rates. If you see some that are getting sales, that is an even better sign.
